Jess has overall responsibility for the management of all support services including acting as head of the executive office. He manages on-site and off-site office support, liaises with clients, heads the payroll and maintains company records in relation to HR, policies and procedures.
Jasbinder DhillonConstruction Manager
Jas is a contracts manager drawing on years of experience in Civils, Building and Tunnelling to manage and deliver projects for TAG. He is able to use his knowledge and expertise to advise methodology to clients using practical methods for achieving project design specification. He ensures projects are delivered to the highest standards whilst completing on programme.
Clinton HallSenior Contracts Manager
Clinton manages Formwork, Reinforcement and Concrete (FRC) packages with involvement at tender stage through to completion. He is responsible for the efficient planning, identification of opportunities, delivery and ongoing support of our key strategic projects, ensuring maximum client satisfaction and the continued growth of the company.
This is achieved by his broad knowledge of best working practices, attention to detail, desire for continual business improvement and his awareness of the many challenging environments we work in.
Chris MundieSenior Contracts Manager
Chris is the senior contracts manager for our Civils Division. He is responsible for managing the projects and tendering for the Civil’s business and reports directly to the managing director.
Chris ensures that all projects are delivered to the highest standards operationally, commercially and most importantly safely.
Kam SehmbiLabour Supply Manager
Kam works closely with our clients to ensure their requests and expectations are not only met but exceeded. Having worked in the industry for over 30 years, Kam ensures that the labour on site is competent to fulfil the roles as per the clients requirements.

Jas provides the direction and strategic leadership for TAG Construction Limited to ensure work is delivered safely, well planned and through agreed delivery methods.
He carries out regular review meetings with his team to ensure the consistency of delivery across projects and profitability.
Ranjit DhillonProcurement & Co-Ordination Manager
Ranjit is our Procurement and Coordination Manager. His responsibilities include procurement management ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Ranjit utilises his years of experience in the construction industry to provide value for money for clients through the tendering process.
All accreditations held by TAG Construction are meticulously scrutinised by Ranjit, delivering on compliance and audit. He has comprehensive knowledge of Health & Safety and Environmental standards and legislation allowing TAG to continually surpass the benchmarks set by various governing bodies such as UKAS, Achilles and CHAS.
Dipi AhluwaliaSupport Services Officer
Dipi is the newest member of our team, she is responsible for providing effective and efficient support for our operations. This includes administration, assistance with payroll, maintenance of vehicle records and compliance with our Operator’s Licence & FORS.
Taran RanaBusiness Development Director
Taran has been working with TAG Construction Ltd for the past six years. After completing his degree in Construction Management (BSc)Hons, Taran spent several years with Tier One Civil Engineering Contractors within the UK and abroad most notably Mumbai on the World One Tower Project.
Taran works closely alongside Contracts Managers to plan and deliver Projects in our Civils and FRC sectors. Furthermore Taran is responsible for Business Development and looking at opportunities to diversify TAG in a pragmatic and sustainable manner.
Parmy is responsible for the long term financial plan, investment and funding strategy for TAG. She identifies and manages risks, oversees cash flow and planned growth.
Jan HermitagePayroll Administrator
Jan is responsible for managing the payroll, including inputting data, payments to contract based staff and making reports available to the Directors on a weekly basis.
Steve BrooksSenior Commercial Manager
Steve is an experienced Commercial Manager having commenced, constructed and demobilised many major civil engineering projects within the highways construction and maintenance sectors for a major contractor through his career. Experienced in leading cross functional teams on projects, including all aspects associated with Commercial, Finance and Programme Management.
